Robert’s life’s work.
A lasting legacy.
In 2013, Robert Troch began conceptualizing “Younger Than Last Year: The Seven Foundations of the Art of Life,” his book on health and aging well.
His intention was to share this part of his life’s work in an enduring form—something readers could return to, learn from, and carry into their own lives for years to come.
After Robert’s passing in 2024, his wife, Grace, took on the work of finalizing and publishing his manuscript. The finished book is both a tribute to Robert and a way to raise funds for Kaiju Kastle, the nonprofit created in his honor.
Publishing it fulfills his wish to share those ideas with the world while helping support the organization continuing his legacy.
We hope you’ll join us by reading and sharing the book, and helping Robert’s work reach new readers.

A Hundred Copies, One Reader at a Time
Our goal is to carry Robert’s work as far as it can reach, connecting with readers around the world.
Robert practiced what he taught: progress comes one step at a time.
Think of each copy sold as laying another brick, helping to build a lasting foundation of his work.
Every purchase helps his ideas reach another reader and supports Kaiju Kastle, the nonprofit created in his honor.
