In our classes, you’ll exercise in the company of others, work your butt off, and build a stronger body. Might sound like other fitness studios, but see what makes us different. 

SMALL CLASS SIZE

  • No more than 8 people per class

  • Gives you the camaraderie of moaning and groaning with others without getting lost in the crowd

PERSONALIZED GROUP TRAINING

  • Everybody does the exercises, but you do it at your own pace, working to challenge yourself in a sensible way

  • Robert attends to everyone individually, helping with form and giving encouragement

THE SEVEN FOUNDATIONS

  • Each exercise session incorporates one or more of the seven foundations of being younger than last year (Mindset, Breathing, Fuel, Mobility/Flexibility, Strength, Rest and Recovery, Passion)

  • We want you to build long-term healthy habits, so don’t be surprised if you get a homework assignment to aid your growth outside of class.

If you’re new to YTLY, then follow this four-step process to get started.

Step #1 – SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL: 

Click the button below and select a time for your free trial online session.

 

 

 

 

 

Step #2 – PREPARE: 

Once you’ve picked a session time, we’ll send a confirmation email with

your time, a Zoom video link, and some instructions on how to prepare

for your session. This email will also have a link to some questions, so

we can learn more about you and your goals. 

***Please complete the questions at least 24 hours before your trial

session. This gives Robert, our fitness coach, time to prepare. If you submit

your answers less than 24 hours before the session, it might be rescheduled.*** 

Step #3 – EXERCISE: 

Come to the session ready to exercise and talk about your goals.

Robert will give you movements to get your heart rate up, giving him a

chance to see and evaluate your abilities.

Step #4 – PICK A PLAN: 

After the session, you'll receive an email with a choice of group fitness plans.

Follow the instructions, choose a plan, and we'll send back a confirmation

email and Zoom link with access to our private online group classes.

 

From there, enjoy the classes! 

We have a 15-day money-back guarantee, starting on the day you

receive the group Zoom link. So, if you’re not satisfied for any

reason before the 15 days are up, let us know and

we’ll refund your money.

How Much Do Classes Cost? 

​For $99, you get a month of classes.

How Many Classes Is That?

We recommend attending four classes per week, so if you do that, you’ll get

approximately 17-18 classes a month, depending on the month. That’s

about $5.50-$5.82 per class. You can attend fewer classes each week

if you’d like, but no more than four.
